Efforts for problem solving

While working on EPC projects, we have faced many difficulties. To overcome these problems, we worked closely with the commissioning company, the architectural firm (KDHEC), and the main office’s project management and engineering teams while introducing a software process management tool. We soon established the whole processes as a process management system and from that point on, we haven’t had any safety accident while completing the project one month ahead of schedule and earning a reputation with the commissioning company as being the best combined cycle plant construction contractor.
