Efforts for problem solving

We focused our efforts on improving the design to reduce the scattering of unprocessed coal and minimize pollution from the emissions of harmful substances. As part of this effort, we installed a cokes oven door self-sealing device to prevent the release of coke oven gas, an emission control system for reducing dust scattering, and a desulfurizer device to cut sulfides (SOx) released into the atmosphere.

We also applied a biochemical wastewater treatment technology to improve the quality of the wastewater produced in the oven process.

Efforts for problem solving

We focus our efforts on evaluating vibration property data from a floor slab caused by operating a forklift inside of the distribution center. After performing dynamic stiffness test for each floor and analyzing allowable limits of vibration, we have successfully completed to determine factor of safety and design a steady structure for avoiding crack and deformation on a slab by PRECOM method of construction.
