Lotte E&C declared a new vision in 2009 and set out to become one of the world’s top integrated construction service companies.
As part of this commitment, we introduced the Internet-based electronic procurement system for suppliers and began the electronic settlement system, in-house suggestions, and frontline cooperation system.
These “soft” competitiveness improvements helped Lotte E&C become recognized as one of the major construction contractors in Korea. Efforts to maximize customer satisfaction and boost work system efficiency represent ongoing commitments of Lotte E&C.
