Sewage wastewater treatment technology using the LO-MBR process

The LO-MBR (Lotte dissolved ozone floatation membrane bio-reactor) process uses the dissolved ozone generated from the dissolved ozone floatation (DOF) on the backside of an MBR tank to improve the existing MBR process. This process reduces membrane pollution and activates the MBR bio-reactor tank with the oxygen generated by the dissolved ozone.
This is a promising green technology that will help catapult us into the class of global water industry players by reducing maintenance costs and electric power consumption.

Wastewater recycling systems using reverse osmosis technology also adopt high-tech water cleaning technologies such as the ultra-filtration system. In addition, we are running the system in a more stable manner and lengthening the life of the membrane.

We created this technology to complement the tap water supply system and relieve the pressure on freshwater sources. When we developed the technology, we took special care to manage the seasonal variations in precipitation, maintain water quality in storage tanks throughout the year, and treat water to further improve its quality. Our rainwater recycling technology creates an integrated, multi-purpose system for household, industrial, heat exchange, and emergency use.
